Gambro® Synergy is an easy -to -use, prescription and information management software that supports clinical staff when making clinical choices. It is suitable for APD and CAPD. Decisions regarding optimal prescriptions for both modalities are facilitated by simulations using the PDC (Personal Dialysis Capacity) to describe the peritoneal membrane. Prescription and treatment history is stored and transferred to and from the Serena® cycler and computer, via a patient card. This highly flexible system allows nurses to provide a totally holistic follow-up of the patient.
