Global Standards of Business Conduct

The guidelines contained in Gambro’s Global Standards of Business Conduct (the “Global Standards”) support the international principles that govern the healthcare industry.  We recognize that our industry is heavily regulated and in many cases the rules are complex and can differ based on country or region.

The Global Standards provide guidance on expected standards of behaviour in our interactions with each other, as well as with our customers and partners globally. All employees at Gambro have a personal stake in the success of our Global Standards as well as our related Compliance Program which complements our commitment to our customers.

Adherence to our Global Standards applies in everything we do and we encourage our employees to ask questions and seek guidance to ensure we ultimately make the right decision.

To reinforce our Global Standards, we have implemented regular training of our employees, adopted local policies supporting our overall compliance requirements and put in place procedures for issue reporting – all in support of our goal of being the number one choice for our customers and their patients.
