technical enquiries, calling on our extensive bank of engineering experience from
throughout the Gambro Group.
Preventative maintenance kits supplied and installed
We will supply and fit preventative maintenance kits containing all replacement parts
required to maintain the equipment to the manufacturer’s specification.
Regular inspection, calibration and check
Gambro engineers will carry out regular inspections and checks along with preventative
maintenance. These include the performance of calibrations, electrical safety tests,
functional and system verification as required, along with thorough system cleaning.
All work carried out by Gambro technicians will be fully documented.
Software and hardware updates
The Standard Agreement also includes the provision of the latest operational
software and hardware updates to keep your equipment running at peak performance.
Training vouchers
Technical training vouchers will be allocated dependant on the number of machines
covered by the Agreement. Courses vary in length dependant on product and level.
For example, a training course for an acute care machine is two days’ duration and
would require one voucher; a course for an HD machine of five days’ duration
would require two vouchers.
