Our Plus Agreement develops the Standard level by adding free labour for repair callouts.

Telephone and email support

Our specialist engineers are available to provide remote assistance to resolve all
technical enquiries, calling on our extensive bank of engineering experience from
throughout the Gambro Group.

Preventative maintenance kits supplied and installed

We will supply and fit preventative maintenance kits containing all replacement parts
required to maintain the equipment to the manufacturer’s specification.

Regular inspection, calibration and check

Gambro engineers will carry out regular inspections and checks along with preventative
maintenance. These include the performance of calibrations, electrical safety tests,
functional and system verification as required, along with thorough system cleaning.
All work carried out by Gambro technicians will be fully documented.

Software and hardware updates

The Plus Agreement includes the provision of the latest operational software
and hardware to keep your equipment running at peak performance.

Repairs service: labour included

The labour element of any callout for repairs is included. Only spare parts need to
be purchased.
