Basic Partnership Agreement

Our entry level Basic Agreement acts as extra support for your own technicians' regular maintenance schedule. It provides telephone support, preventative maintenance kits and technical training.

Technical telephone and email support

Our specialist engineers are available to provide remote assistance to resolve all technical enquires, calling on our extensive bank of engineering experience from throughout the Gambro group.

Preventative maintenance kits supplied

Preventative maintenance kits will be supplied containing all replacement parts
required to maintain the equipment to the manufacturer’s specification. Hospital
technicians fitting the maintenance kits will benefit from being able to contact
Gambro technicians for advice if required.

Software and hardware updates

The Basic Agreement also includes the provision of the latest operational software
and hardware to keep your equipment running at peak performance.

Training vouchers

Technical training vouchers will be allocated dependant on the number of machines
covered by the Agreement. Courses vary in length dependant on product and level.
For example, a training course for an acute care machine is two days’ duration and
would require one voucher; a course for an HD machine of five days’ duration
would require two vouchers.

Spare parts, functional upgrades, additional technical training vouchers and holiday cover for hospital technicians.
