Nephral ST-hydrogel-membranens symmetriske struktur forbedrer dens diffusion, konvektion og særligt absorberende egenskaber og bidrager til effektiv fjernelse af b2-mikroglobunlin, AGE, cytokiner eller anafylatoksiner. (1,2,3)
Systemisk heparinreduktion:
Overfladebehandlingen af membranen med PEI-biopolymer forhindrer blodkontaktaktivering og binder heparin under priming med en præ-hepariniseret opløsning. Dette kan resultere i indgivelse af mindre systemisk heparin til patienten. (4)
AFB- og AFB.K-behandlinger:
Nephral ST-dialysatoren er associeret med behandlinger med acetatfri biofiltration og bidrager til kardiovaskulær stabilitet hos patienter i risikogruppen. (5)
